A single person handles all correspondence, so responses may take a couple of days. Replies will arrive, however.
Orders and delivery
Should a book fail to arrive, show up damaged, or the digital download not come through, email us with your order number and we will resolve the issue. Damaged copies are swapped without question and returning the damaged item is unnecessary.
Corrections
If you have spotted a mistake in the translation, transliteration or anywhere on the site, please inform us. Corrections are sincerely welcomed, they are implemented, and we publicly acknowledge them. This field has true specialists, and we prefer to learn from them rather than remain silently incorrect.

We handle translation rights, bulk orders, review copies for reviewers who will genuinely review them, alongside other matters.
