Delivery and refunds

Delivery

Digital editions are sent to your email address shortly after payment is received, usually within minutes. If you cannot see the message, look in your spam folder and then get in touch with us.

Printed copies are printed individually for each order rather than dispatched from existing stock. Allow an extra two to four days for printing, on top of the shipping time. In most locations, the book will arrive within 7 to 12 days from the date of order. A tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves us.

Shipping cost

The postage price is worked out when you check out, based on the destination, and is passed on at cost. No markup is added to delivery charges.

Where we ship

We deliver to nearly all countries. The exceptions are places where this title is prohibited by law, as customs would confiscate the item and you would lose both the book and your payment. Those locations are prevented from ordering at checkout, rather than being accepted and later cancelled. The digital version is on sale in every country.

Any import duty levied by the receiving country is payable by the customer. We are unable to anticipate these charges and do not collect them in advance.

Refunds

Printed copies: you have 30 days from receipt of the item. Contact us by email, return the book, and once it reaches us we will refund the purchase price. The cost of return postage is covered by you, unless the book arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we will cover it.

Damaged on arrival: notify us, attach a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement. Please do not send the damaged copy back, as the postage would cost more than the book is worth.

Digital editions: a refund can be requested within 14 days, with no reason needed. We cannot retract a file once it has been sent, and we will not claim otherwise, so this process is based on trust.

Your statutory rights

For purchases made within the EU or the UK, you are legally entitled to cancel a distance sale within 14 days. Nothing on this page reduces that entitlement. Where our own policy is more favourable than the legal minimum, the more favourable option applies.
